Why Should I Think Positively (About Relationships with Other People)
Why Should I Think Positively (About Relationships with Other People)
Pakistnai friend once told me, "If you don't love yourself, who can love you?" I think he wants to give me confidence or simillar something.
I've always thought that people compare themselves to others is meaningless. Because comparing the advantage of appearance (beautiful face), educational (gradulated university), background (property) with each others is just animal characteristic.
I think this is one of way to love myself. Love does not always show up like warm. I'm just me, and I can't compare to anyone else. This is true of others, too. Each flower blooms on a different date. It would be a lesson that humans can learn from this planet nature. I can find "love myself" from nature.
There is no perfect human in this world. They should depend on themselves through different beings (whether they are the same human, animal, or alien). And life is too short (I was born on 1997, cannot live until year 2200). I'll die, my family will die, and everyone will die within a hundred years.
That's why I sometimes feel like my identity is stranger someone. I started playing games on Earth, in Korea, with character female. I have only my parents in my family. This profile is not real "mine". Real myself is something else to watch all my thoughts, emotions. (Is this is soul? I don't know.) The same is true of others. So there is nothing good(happy, comfortable), bad(sad, angry). It lives in another world.
The human brain contains neurons called "mirror neurons". It is one of cells that make a same reaction just by watching another person's behavior. For example, just looking at someone smiling, people can smile too. Mirror neurons show that humans are "social animals" and they are sensitive to other people's behavior.
So .. rather than hate someone's worst something, It is better to love him(her) for his(her) own good things. It's a very selfish purpose... Not for the other person, but for myself. But It's still hard for me. I should try to thinking positive, and keep smiling.
He also said this "If you're sad, sharing with people decreases its intensity. While sharing happiness doesn't only increases its intensity but it can make other people happy too."
Anyway, I know that fact - When egoism benefits the other, people call it altruism. And maybe that is not such a bad thing.
